The construction division of Pindan is diversified and specialised across all building segments including commercial construction, apartments and grouped housing. Pindan Constructions division caters for offices, aged care facilities, industrial, retail, schools and other specialist projects including high and medium density residential and apartment construction. Pindan Projects division specialises in small to medium commercial and apartments, in addition to grouped housing, house and land packages and retirement villages.
Pindan’s Development Management division can direct the entire evolution of any project from inception to completion, providing expert guidance and advice throughout the process.

Switch is a corporate arm of Pindan– a distinct company and identity leveraging the power of an experienced builder to best combine capability with individualised attention.

Switch echoes the Pindan commitment to the environment, participating in a substantial waste recycling program. We seek at least compliance with, if not advances on, industry standards of green building specifications. Switch aims for environmental sustainability in both practices and partnerships.

Supporting Pindan’s Development Management and Pindan Projects divisions, is Ascot Design which provides our own in-house design and drafting service. In addition, a client liaison team ensures purchasers have our continued attention all the way through to the completed end product.

Pindan’s Contracting division offers a complete construction service to the State’s booming resource and mining sector, carrying out civil, industrial and infrastructure construction as well as building works and maintenance throughout regional and remote areas of WA.

Rounding out the Pindan group is Formas Australia, a niche company providing high quality, stylish and efficiently manufactured accommodation solutions, ideal for regional and remote housing as well as a complete range of accommodation solutions to the mining and tourism markets.
