The construction division of Pindan is diversified and specialised across all building segments including commercial construction, apartments and grouped dwellings. Commercial caters for offices, aged care facilities, industrial, retail, schools and other specialist projects while Apartments concentrates on high and medium density residential with Grouped Dwellings specialising in grouped housing, house and land packages and retirement villages.
Pindan has a dedicated Development Management division that can undertake the complete development of any project from inception to completion including providing expert guidance to our clients.
Supporting Pindan’s Development Management and Grouped Dwelling divisions, is Ascot Design which provides our own in-house design and drafting service. In addition, a client liaison team ensures purchasers have our continued attention all the way through to the completed end product.
Two further companies complete the Pindan group. Pindan Contracting offers a complete construction service to Western Australia’s booming resource and mining sector. This includes civil, industrial and infrastructure construction, building works and maintenance in regional and remote areas throughout Australia.
Habode Australia is a specialist company providing high quality and efficient manufactured accommodation solutions nationally for regional and remote housing, mining and tourism markets.
In the 2006/2007 financial year, Pindan's position in the HIA-Reed Construction Data, CONSTRUCTION 100 of Australia's largest commercial construction companies (excluding mining and civil construction) grew to be:

In the 2006/2007 financial year, Pindan's position in the Housing Industry Association - HOUSING 100 of Australia largest home builders grew to be:
- The largest multi-unit residential builder in Western Australia

- 5th largest multi unit residential builder in Australia
- 31st largest residential builder in Australia
