Executive Team
With a wealth of experience in the construction industry and commerce, Pindan’s executive team is responsible for setting its strategic direction and providing oversight of the group’s operations. Their vision has driven Pindan to achieve its diversified and integrated property group status of today.
David Pringle
Founding Director of Pindan, David is responsible for Pindan's financial management as well as the Company's Development Management division. He has vast experience in property developments including the preparation of feasibilities and acquiring finance. David has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Otago in New Zealand.
Andy Peppercorn
Andy is a Registered Builder (WA) with over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry. He has an impressive record of landmark and award winning buildings in Perth and regional Western Australia.
He is a very keen advocate of safety and training and has been an integral member of many industry committees during the past years. He is presently the Chairman of the West Australian Group Training Scheme that employs some 230 apprentices directly to the building and construction industry. Andy was also a leader in bringing induction training into the industry.
George Allingame
Founding Director of Pindan, George has been responsible for the expansion of Pindan into a multi-disciplined Property Company with an excellent reputation within the Western Australian business community. George's expertise and experience in the industry is recognised by his position as President of the Western Australian Master Builders' Association. George has a Bachelor of Science degree.
Tony Gerber
Tony is responsible for Pindan's resource sector civil and industrial construction division, Pindan Contracting Pty Ltd. Having worked at senior level for over 15 years in both the commercial and resource civil and industrial construction fields both on and off shore, Tony is keenly aware of the onerous and unique requirements for ensuring successful completion of remote construction projects. Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
Chris Lillis
Chris is a Registered Builder who has been with Pindan for over 10 years. From starting as a Scheduler, Chris worked through all facets of the Grouped Dwelling division including over 5 years as a Site Manager and then promoted to Construction Manager prior to his current position. Chris received the MBA's Ric New Award in 2006 and made the WA Business News "Top 40 under 40" business men in WA in 2007. Chris understands the focus required to complete residential housing projects in the most efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest quality. He prides himself in always being approachable and able to find the best solution.
Scott Davison
Scott is a qualified Quantity Surveyor who managed his own Construction Company in New Zealand before commencing with Pindan. He is responsible for servicing Pindan's growing list of clients including the negotiation and securing of new contracts. Scott has an excellent knowledge and understanding of construction methods, techniques and buildability issues including planning practicalities and design solutions. His depth of experience enables him to efficiently liaise with both clients and consultants to achieve the best possible results for each particular project and their specific requirements.
Keith Brady
Keith has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Masters of Business (Management) Degree and has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry. Over this period he has acquired a wealth of knowledge with regards to controls, procedures and processes essential to manage an efficient finance operation.
Bev Schubert
Bev is a chartered accountant, holds an MBA from Murdoch University and has over 25 years experience working within the government and private sectors across a range of industries. Her areas of expertise include planning, budgeting, process re-engineering and systems development and implementation. Bev works with the executive group to develop Pindan's corporate strategy and plans, budgets & KPI's and is responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services to the Pindan Group.
Nick Allingame
Nick is responsible for Pindan's Development Management division. From working as an Engineering Consultant on residential, commercial and industrial projects in both Australia and overseas, he appreciates the interfacing required between clients and consultants to ensure the successful development of projects. Nick has a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
Lynn Hanich
Lynn's 20 years experience as a Human Resources practitioner enables her to play an active role in assisting Pindan to manage their greatest asset, as well as implementing strategic training and development initiatives. Lynn holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is also studying towards a Masters in Business Administration.
