Andy Peppercorn

Andy is a Registered Builder (WA) with over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry. He has an impressive record of landmark and award winning buildings in Perth and regional Western Australia.

He is a very keen advocate of safety and training and has been an integral member of many industry committees during the past years. He is presently the Chairman of the West Australian Group Training Scheme that employs some 230 apprentices directly to the building and construction industry. Andy was also a leader in bringing induction training into the industry.

Adrian Terace

Adrian, as Pindan’s Maintenance Manager is responsible for the Company’s maintenance and its dedicated team of maintenance workers. Adrian’s excellent abilities and in-depth construction knowledge enables him to successfully and promptly resolve any maintenance or defect issues on completed projects. As required, the maintenance team also assists in the completion handover of projects.

Brendan Donlin

• Bachelor of Science (Quantity Surveying).

Being well versed in construction techniques with thirty years experience gained from onsite and construction management, Brendan brings a practical, hands-on approach to his position as Pindan’s Estimating Manager. He is responsible for the Estimating Team including the preparation and adjudication of the company’s tenders.
