Robert Romberg
Rob is a registered Builder with over 25 years experience in the building industry. Various roles over this time have given Rob exposure to Civil Projects, Commercial Construction and vast experience in residential construction. Progressing from an apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery, University studies and through to Senior Management Roles within the industry, have given Rob a unique understanding of the many facets of building, experience that is invaluable in contributing value to all stakeholders in Pindan's projects.

Chris Lillis
Chris is a Registered Builder who has been with Pindan for over 10 years. From starting as a Scheduler, Chris worked through all facets of the Grouped Dwelling division including over 5 years as a Site Manager and then promoted to Construction Manager prior to his current position. Chris received the MBA’s Ric New Award in 2006 and made the WA Business News “Top 40 under 40” business men in WA in 2007. Chris understands the focus required to complete residential housing projects in the most efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest quality. He prides himself in always being approachable and able to find the best solution.
Steve Fairhurst
Qualifications- Diploma of Applied Science (Construction)
Steve gained experience in carpentry/joinery whilst doing apprenticeship in UK and has been involved directly and indirectly within the construction industry for over 20 years. Steve oversees a team of dedicated and positive thinking schedulers on various projects.

John MacFarlane
Qualifications- Registered Builder
- Diploma in Building and Construction Estimating.
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management and Economics)
John is the Estimating Manager for Group Dwellings and is assisted by a team of Estimators and Contract Schedulers. He has been involved in the housing industry for over 27 years with an excellent depth of knowledge and understanding in this specific sector of the construction market.
