Tony Gerber

Tony is responsible for Pindan’s resource sector civil and industrial construction division, Pindan Contracting Pty Ltd. Having worked at senior level for over 15 years in both the commercial and resource civil and industrial construction fields both on and off shore, Tony is keenly aware of the onerous and unique requirements for ensuring successful completion of remote construction projects. Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

Jack Walsh

Jack has held the position of Divisional Manager for Major Electrical Contracting businesses for over 20 years and has extensive experience in Underground Mining, Marine, Auto , Building Automation, Mechanical controls Engineering. He has delivered a major hospital, shopping centres, high rise office, motor highways and tunnels, rail and airports and defence facilities. With the Perth Arena and the Northbridge Tunnel among his recent projects, Jack's aim is to now secure new business opportunities for Pindan in remote areas of WA. Jack holds a Class "A" electrical licence and a Diploma in Electro Technology.

Ian Downs

Ian is the Estimating Manager for Pindan Contracting. Ian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has extensive experience as a Private Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Construction Estimator, particularly in Design & Construction. With in excess of 20 years experience in the industry Ian has an excellent knowledge and understanding of construction methods and techniques, including planning practicalities and design solutions. His depth of experience enables him to efficiently liaise with both clients and consultants to achieve the best possible results for each particular project. Ian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying & MRICS

Richard Swallow

• Management Trainee (Indentured Scheme)
• City and Guilds in Construction Parts 1 & 2 for 5 years
• St Albans Building College UK Institute of Building UK.

Richard has 35 years experience in the building and construction industry both in Australia and the U.K.

Richard has a proven record in overseeing some of the largest commercial construction projects undertaken in Perth over the past 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Contracting team. Projects of note are the $360M Perth Entertainment Arena, $90M St John of God Hospital and the $40M West Australian Police Academy.
