Ascot Design: Drawing an Advantage

With the rapid growth in Grouped Dwellings being experienced by Pindan, it became necessary to improve the accuracy and turnaround of the design and working drawing documentation for our clients’ projects. Ascot Design is an in-house Pindan support service that provides concept drawings that can be estimated, reviewed against project guidelines, have features added and alterations made prior to commencing working drawings. All this without leaving the building.

This efficiency has gained approval by Ascot Design clients who know that the resulting plans have been cross referenced with the construction division with regard to buildability, budget parameters and improving the construction process including timely response to the client’s pre-start requests.
