The FORMAS ALTO series of buildings utilise a patented "fold-out" technique that provides from a 2 to 5 bedroom, 1 to 3 bathroom highly thermally efficient home complete with modern kitchen, all finished to the highest standard of quality including bamboo flooring and double glazed windows, with variant configurations available to suit commercial and office applications.

The FORMAS ERGO series, which utilise a "slide-out" technique provide a range of accommodation solutions, from 1 and 2 bedroom studios to 2, 3 or 4 bedroom ensuite configurations that can stand alone or be in multiples of complexed units. All ERGO units are fully cyclone rated highly thermal efficient with the capability of being stacked in multi-storey configurations further extending their versatility.

Technically, the buildings conform to the thermal/ energy efficiency requirements of the BCA (Building Code of Australia) and are cyclone rated to Region D, Terrain Category 2 satisfying any accommodation requirements anywhere in Australia.
