Nuno Carvalho

Nuno has been in Real Estate sales for 11 years and has vast experience in all facets of project sales. He has a sound knowledge of the Perth Real Estate market and has a genuine interest in pointing out the benefits of investing to all his clients. As Pindan's Project Sales Manager he is responsible for the sales of Pindan’s projects.

Lee Smith

Lee holds a Real Estate Agents License and Triennial Certificate and brings 20 years of real estate experience to Pindan, having worked in Sales, Property and Strata Management, Trust Accounting and Administration. As Pindan Realty's Licensee, Lee is responsible for the smooth running of the real estate division.

With her knowledge of Real Estate Sales contracts, Lee is also responsible for the co-ordination of sales and settlements within Pindan's Development Management division.

Kim Bunting

Kim has been with Pindan for over three years and comes to Asset Management as Strata/Property Manager (Residential & Commercial). Kim has 30 years experience in administration based roles. She enjoys the challenge of providing the service to see the successful growth of customers' assets. Kim is a member of the Strata Titles Institute of WA and is a licensed Property Manager with REIWA.
