HABODE and ihouz buildings are designed and manufactured to be shipped internationally and to be easily transported even to regional and remote isolated areas. Being ready for occupation within days with minimal skilled labour or resources required, their unique and patented designs enable drastic reductions in home building delays and costs.

Manufactured to the highest standards, the Habode and ihouz range have a wide range of applications: – Minesite Villages – Tourist Parks – Remote Indigenous Communities – Holiday Homes – Defence Forces – Transient Staff Accommodation or Regional / Remote Housing.

The HABODE series of buildings utilise a patented "fold-out" technique that covers an internal footprint of 82m2. This provides for a 2 to 3 bedroom thermally efficient house complete with bathroom and kitchen, all finished to the highest standard of quality including bamboo flooring and double glazed windows.

The ihouz series, which utilise a "slide-out" technique, are 47m2 and range from 1 and 2 bedroom studios to 2, 3 and 4 bedroom plus ensuite configurations that can stand alone or be in multiples of complexed units. All ihouz units are able to be stacked in multi-storey configurations further extending their versatility.

Technically, the buildings conform to the thermal/ energy efficiency requirements of the BCA (Building Code of Australia) and are cyclone rated to Region D, Terrain Category 2 satisfying accommodation requirements anywhere in Australia.
