Rounding out Pindan’s one-stop-shop capabilities is the Pindan Asset Management division specialising in facility management.

The service complements Pindan’s core construction business by bringing a ‘whole-of-life solution’ to the management of our clients’ assets.

Pindan Asset Management has a current five-year contract to maintain and service 6,000 houses throughout the Pilbara and Mid West/Gascoyne for the Department of Communities.

The contract sees a dedicated team respond to a daily average of 100 work orders containing around 400 individual operations across a vast geographic area and be on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Pindan Asset Management directly engages trades including plumbers, gas fitters, electricians, carpenters and painters, to manage the expected workload and has branches in Geraldton, Carnarvon, Meekatharra, Karratha, Port Hedland and Newman.

To support the works Pindan Asset Management also operates a shared services function out of Belmont, Perth providing administration, safety, supply and works management support.
