Busselton - Stage 2B Area 4, Busselton Busselton Central Shopping Centre bounded by Prince, West and Kent Streets in Busselton’s Central Business District is a significant contributor to the role and functions of the Busselton City Centre. The centre presently comprises 1 x Major (Coles), 1 x Mini-Major (Best and Less) and numerous specialty stores and cafes.

This portion of works is part of the Stage 2B works, which is based on the redevelopment / refurbishment of the existing centre. To date, Areas 1 (new Telstra and Flight Centre tenancy) and Area 2 (new amenities) have been completed. The Area 4 works are focused on:

•    Redevelopment of the existing Best & Less premise to create new speciality tenancies (T22-T27) and extending the Eastern mall corridor, including a new penetration in the existing precast panels to allow for the Stage 3 expansion works.
•    Refurbishment of the existing mall ceilings, as noted on the Architectural drawings.
•    Upgrade of the existing mall services as nominated on the services drawings.
•    Refurbishment of the existing Southern entrance.

Good Samaritan Catholic College, , Hinchinbrook, NSW Sydney Catholic Schools has identified a need to provide additional teaching facilities at Good Samaritan College Hinchinbrook as a result of growing enrolments in the College.  The project involves alterations and additions to the existing school including temporary teaching spaces, a first-floor addition and associated alterations to the existing TAS building and alterations to an existing two storey classroom building.  The additions to the TAS building will need to be undertaken in stages with major demolition works programmed to occur within holiday / end of term periods. 16/08/2019

Harriette, Neutral Bay, Harriette street, Neutral Bay, NSW The development will consist of ten high quality residential apartments(RFB), each to be sold independently to future purchasers. There is an existing house at 7 Harriette St and a dual occupancy at 9 & 9A
Harriette St. The site will be handed over vacant, allowing the contractor to commence with site establishment, demolition of the existing houses, excavation and all other associated works. There are 2 x penthouses (units 09 & 10) that have some higher-level finishes than the other apartments as shown in the documentation (ie: 2 x fridges, gas fireplace, fluted glass robes). There are also 2 x adaptable units and 3 x livable units that have been designed to comply with these requirements.

New Armadale Courthouse & Police Complex, Armadale The Works comprise the construction of the new Armadale Courthouse and Police Complex
on LOT 560 (excluding any work to the “Existing Church” ) complete with retaining walls, new crossovers,
footpaths, landscaping, vehicle parking and such other work as shown on the drawings or
included in the specification.
Adjacent premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract. The Contractor shall
ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
