TRAINEE SITE SUPERVISOR
Riley D’Agui stepped into a Trainee Site Supervisor role the day after he finished his Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship.
Riley started with Pindan as an Apprentice Carpenter and completed his training on jobs like Quest South Perth & MyVista Aged Care.
Together with his training organisation, we recognised Riley’s exceptional work ethic and skills while he was still finishing his apprenticeship. He was only 21 but, when the Trainee Site Supervisor position opened up, Riley was hand-picked to complete a Cert IV Building & Construction (Site Management) under the mentorship of long-serving Senior Site Manager Glen McCracken.
Riley said the apprenticeship was a great stepping stone to further his career.
I’m going in a different direction to what I first thought but if I didn’t have the carpentry background, I think I would’ve been overwhelmed by all the trades onsite. I’m really grateful for the opportunity!”RILEY D’AGUI – TRAINEE SITE SUPERVISOR
