Pindan Asset Management offers a new approach to maintenance for its Western Australian clients assuring a leading edge value add solution that provides safe, consistent and cost effective outcomes.
 
Our team brings decades of experience in facility management & maintenance, constructing and refurbishing residential housing throughout Western Australia.  

We are a corporate member of the Asset Management Council and are also represented on the Asset Management Committee WA Chapter and through our various individual members.  

Our approach is based on three key pillars:

•    Self-performing local workforce
At Pindan Asset Management we prefer to deliver the works ourselves to ensure we can deliver the best and most efficient outcome for our customers.  We do this using a directly employed local workforce who live and work in the community.  We currently operate out of six local branches in Karratha, Port Hedland, Geraldton, Newman, Carnarvon and Meekatharra covering an area of over one million square kilometres.

We are committed to using the best technology to support our workforce in the delivery of maintenance and repair activities and provide the best in what new technology can do to augment our customer experience.  This doesn’t just end at our leading edge mobile paperless work order management system but extends to all aspects of our customer experience proposition and support capability.

Pindan Asset Management offers a single point of contact for all maintenance services including; Electricians, Refrigeration Technicians, Plumbers & Gas Fitters, Carpenters, Painters, Glazers, Security Door / Screen Installers, Grounds & Cleaning services.
