With many projects expected to reach completion over the coming year, Urban has decided to take a look at five soon-to-be-completed developments offered in Queensland.
1. Plaza Central, Maroochydore
Address: 10-18 Piki Street, Maroochydore QLD 4558
Two-bedroom apartments from $435,000
Currently under construction, Plaza Central’s first building is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2021, offering affordable and spacious apartments from $435,000. Developed by Pindan, the project is located within walking distance to the new Maroochydore CBD and the major retail precinct.
The Sunshine Coast development will be designed by Sprout Architects, offering a choice of two colour palettes, smart contemporary interiors and views overlooking lush greenery and the coast’s retail hub.
2. Cello, Greenslopes

One-bedroom apartments from $349,000
Set for completion in May, Cello Apartments is the latest addition to Brisbane’s Greenslopes. Delivered by CS Development Group, the project offers one, two and three-bedroom residences just four kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
