Construction is underway on a new $15.5 million apartment complex in the inner city suburb of Highgate.
Integrated property and construction group Pindan has been appointed to build the seven-storey development at 66-70 Wright St as a syndicated project managed by Perth property investment group Momentum Wealth.
The Wright Street Apartments project, designed by Perth-based Scanlan Architects, features 35 apartments and two basement levels.
