Huntingdale Park, the sought-after residential land estate in the stylish township of Berry has sold out.

Integrated property and construction group Pindan recently finalised the sale of the last lots at the estate, which it began selling in 2017.

Demand from buyers at Huntingdale Park has been very solid and it’s great to see this prestigious estate, which offers residents the best of country and coastal living, sell out and cement its fabulous community feel,”

Sam Eisenhauer, Development Manager

“A lot of the interest in these lifestyle homesites at Huntingdale Park has come from the Illawarra region from buyers who understand the charm of Berry – from its award-winning restaurants, markets and local retailers to its picturesque lifestyle.”

Nestled at the northern gateway to the NSW Shoalhaven region, the estate is a short drive from the pristine Seven Mile Beach, spectacular Kangaroo Valley, renowned local vineyards and a vibrant cafe, wine and art scene.

Pindan purchased the development in late 2016, developing 143 homesites in Stages 4-9 over the subsequent three and a half years. The remaining 83 lots in Stages 6 to 9 were sold from March 2017.

“The very unique larger lifestyle blocks of 2000m+ were particularly sought-out by buyers and, of course, those lots with gorgeous views of rolling green hills to Coolangatta Mountain were in high demand,” said Mr Eisenhauer.

“We’re excited for both the established and coming residents who get to call Huntingdale Park home and are thrilled to have been part of creating this wonderful community.”
