Pindan celebrated the completion of its popular Elements at South Beach project in October, cementing its reputation as one of WA’s leading property companies and showcasing its core capabilities of funding, building and development management.

Comprising 42 architecturally designed apartments and 10 beach houses, Elements is just 200m from the ocean in South Fremantle and 70 per cent of the homes were pre-sold within a week of its launch.

Director of Development Management, Nick Allingame, said Elements highlighted Pindan’s capacity to work in partnership and bring a development to fruition.

“Elements has been a great success for all involved” he said. “The finished product is testament to our commitment to build, fund and manage a project regardless of its complexity or size.”

Nick said Pindan’s Development Management team had worked seamlessly with Pindan Capital and the Construction team to meet all projected construction timeframes.

“Our Development Management team began by identifying a great opportunity in a sought-after coastal location, and managed the design, before marketing it at an attractive price point to entice buyers,” he explained.

“Pindan Capital raised the funds from its pool of investors to fund the development and our construction team have executed the high quality finish we are known for.”

Investor, Grant Girdler, added that Elements stood out as an investment opportunity because it offered the rare combination of being both “affordable for the buyer and in a prime location 200m from the water”.

“These factors represent an amazing opportunity for buyers,” he said. “The finished product is of a high quality, and importantly, really good value.“We have been pleased with the regular progress reports from Pindan and it has been great to see that the project tracked on time and budget and with the forecasted returns for our investment.”

While he has known the Pindan team for years due to his own background consulting to the Perth property sector, Grant said this was his first investment with Pindan Capital.

“Pindan is a proven builder and developer and we liked the sense that we were investing with a sound corporate company with a good history and reputation,” he said.

“I am very comfortable with Pindan’s ethics and their way of doing business and overall Elements has been a good partnership and pleasing investment for us.”
