With a strong national order book and positioning itself to capitalise on an increase in State Government stimulus investment in housing, commercial and infrastructure projects, Pindan has expanded its executive team.

The integrated property and construction group has appointed Nick Cater – a former Director at Broad Construction and ADCO Construction Regional Manager – as Director of Construction.

Mr Cater will oversee the group’s larger Perth construction projects and its New South Wales construction business, including the completion of a new headquarters for the WA branch of the Returned and Services League on St Georges Terrace, the design and construction of the luxury Otto Apartments in Cremorne, and aged care provider Rosewood’s new $70 million residential care facility in West Perth.

Pindan Managing Director Scott Davison said Nick’s addition to the team would help enable Pindan’s further growth across the country.

Nick brings a wealth of experience and this expansion will give us more scope to focus on the expected influx of work to come from WA stimulus construction projects,
