“The Tanker Services and General Maintenance Facilities Project, which will break ground in early September, includes the demolition of existing structures and the construction of four new amenity buildings,” said Mr Gerber.
“The LIA Project, which will being in early October, will focus on the refurbishment of three living-in accommodation buildings (LIA), including the demolition of internal walls, reconfiguration of wet areas, upgrade of HVAC and electrical services along with general repairs.”
Architects Cameron Chisholm Nicol, ACOR Consultants, Aurecon and Augility are also involved in the projects.
The work is expected to be complete by mid next year.
Pindan has previously carried out work at RAAF Base Learmonth.
