Integrated property and construction group Pindan has secured a five-year $7.5 million contract to manage property services for Yara Australia in the Pilbara.
Pindan Asset Management Managing Director Stephen Arndt said the company had been appointed to deliver property and maintenance services for Yara Pilbara Fertilisers and Nitrates over a five year period.
“Yara has 180 company owned and leased properties to house their Karratha-based workforce and our dedicated property management team will be taking care of these homes on their behalf,” said Mr Arndt.
“YARA employees will have access to our exciting new app – PINDANFIX – as part of this contract.
“PINDANFIX is a mobile web portal that gives tenants the ability to report work that needs to be done and track its progress from their smart phone 24/7.
“The app also allows us as the contractor to collect vital information on the maintenance issue, including current photos, instantly so we can quickly diagnose the issue and fix it first time.”
The contract began at the start of this month.
Pindan Asset Management also has a current eleven-year contract to maintain and service 6,000 houses throughout the Pilbara and Mid West/Gascoyne for the Department of Communities.
