Curtin University Agricola Campus, Kalgoorlie is a redevelopment of the existing student accommodation to provide 182 new beds on the existing Student Accommodation Campus.

The four buildings were constructed using prefabricated modular units and in-situ cladding systems. Each accommodation building contains communal areas, laundry, bike stores, drying areas and circulation space.

The project also consists of the refurbishment of existing student housing (48 bedrooms) / communal facilities and the upgrade of site wide in-ground infrastructure and services.

External works include on-grade carparking, covered walkways, BBQ areas, landscaping, security fencing, external lighting, outdoor furniture and main entrance.
