Aviva Aims to Address Crawley Shortage
Western Australian property developer Pindan will soon be ready to release its newest apartment development, Aviva on Broadway.
The boutique development of just 29 apartments is situated in the leafy suburb of Crawley and is a short walk to The University of Western Australia, the Swan River, the Broadway cafe strip, schools, shops and public transport.
The five-storey development will feature a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, with many upper floor apartments accessing river vista views.
Aviva is also just 6.5km from the Perth CBD and 4.5km to the major retail precinct in Claremont.
Pindan Realty Project Sales Manager Matthew Smith said the company anticipated strong interest for the apartments on the back of pent-up market demand for this style of product in this location.
Mr Smith said Aviva on Broadway would appeal to a range of buyers, from investors to owner-occupiers.

Prices for the one-bedroom, one-bathroom units start from $440,000, two by ones start from $620,000 and the two by two apartments start from $750,000.
