Subi sales hit the Roof(top)
According to most recent REIWA sales stats, Subiaco was the top selling suburb in the Western Suburbs in the month leading up to mid-September.
This is great news for our Subiaco apartment buyers and residents living in such an in demand location.
Our residents at Indigo China Green couldn’t be happier either. Since completing Indigo we have been conscious of making sure we observe the ways our residents use the common facilities, such as the stunning rooftop space, and have evolved the space to further enhance the experience for residents.
Development Manager, Tim Cummins, said when the team created the roof top facilities at Indigo China Green they wanted to make sure it was the “perfect place for residents to extend their apartment living, unwind and make the most of the amazing WA sunsets.”
The Pindan team engaged interior specialist, Perth Style Co, to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to the setting.
The rooftop space now has a brand new steel framed arbor providing additional shade, loads of soft planting in gorgeous large pots, LED backlit screening, bar style seating overlooking Subiaco Common, new outdoor fridges and new furniture.
Sara James, Perth Style Co Managing Director, said for the Indigo rooftop it was all about creating a durable, lush space that could be enjoyed all year-round by Indigo residents.
“With such a great outlook over the neighbouring Subiaco area and local parklands, we wanted to use a palette that complimented not only the building, but also the overall surrounds.
“We used concrete grey and matte black as our base, with touches of rust and fresh greens throughout. Not only did this break up the neutrals, but it added a pop of colour and life to the space,” she said.
We think the new space looks amazing, especially the view from those bench seats overlooking the stunning Subiaco Common. But why not come and see for yourself?
