Sales flourishing at Botanica

Flexibility, style and value are proving a popular combination with homebuyers at a new boutique housing estate in Canning Vale.

Pindan development Botanica, on the former Warrendale Nursery site, is 40 per cent sold since its launch two months ago.

Pindan Realty project sales manager Matthew Smith said the estate’s collection of 32 house-and-land packages had captured the imaginations of local families and in-vestors.

“The response in such a short time has been overwhelming”

“Buyers are relishing the opportunity this vibrant estate offers to customise their homes in a very personal yet affordable way.

“Traditionally, house-and-land packages are quite set but the quick sales at Botanica underscore how important it is for owner-occupiers and investors to be able to select just what they want in a home.”

Buyers can choose from single and double-storey floor plans, each with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as external elevations, colour schemes, internal fittings and upgrades.

Mr Smith said most Botanica buyers lived near the development.

“Some buyers want to upsize or upgrade their existing nearby home, some know the time is right to buy rather than rent in the area and some have moved out of this growth suburb but have lived in Canning Vale before and want to get back in before they miss out,” he said.

“Canning Vale is a cultural playground that many know and love thanks to shady parklands, great shopping and nearby entertainment options and established schools.

“It’s also well connected, boasting excellent public transport facilities – including a bus stop just out
the front of Botanica on Birnam Road – and good highway and freeway access.”

Botanica’s turnkey homes start from $399,000 and include paving, front landscaping, site works, internal painting and floor coverings.

Visit or the sales office open from 2.30pm to 4.30pm every weekend.
